LIVING IN BLUFFERS PARK MARINA

Bluffers Park Marina is situated in the idyllic nature of the Scarborough Bluffs waterfront. It is home to 24 floating homes and 10 houseboats that are year-round, as well as a host of summer boaters and seasonal houseboats.

As a full-service marina, they provide live aboard services that include access to septic pump out, water, and electricity, mail slots and parcel delivery, and parking (both gated and non).

Dining

Bluffers Park offers a range of food options that are within a short walk, kayak, or boat ride of the floating homes.

Wander to the end of the dock, and you’ll find the Dogfish and Bluffer’s Restaurant. The Dogfish is a pub that hosts live music, entertainment, and our weekly community games night. Bluffer’s Restaurant provides more upscale Greek-inspired dining options (and a delicious Sunday buffet brunch) with an elevated outdoor patio overlooking the marina.

The Cathedral Bluffs Yacht Club (CBYC) is a ten-minute walk from the floating homes, and offers the option of social membership for houseboat and float home owners. They have a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful patio overlooking the Scarborough Bluffs parkland.

Bluffer's Park Beach

Bluffers Park Beach, to the East of the marina, is one of the best beaches in Toronto, offering a large expanse of sand that is perfect for picnics and swimming. The Toronto Conservation Authority regularly tests the water quality to ensure it is swimmable and the sand and park are clean.

One of the best ways to get there is to hop in your kayak and paddle the 15 or 20 minutes out of the marina and to the beach. You can pull up your kayak or paddleboard onto the sand, put your towel down, and soak up the sun’s rays.

Walking & Hiking

The Scarborough Bluffs is an incredible place for hiking and walks by the waterfront. Within its 473 acres are many trails to experience nature. You can take in the sunset over the Bluffs from the West Beach loop, watch the beavers building their dams, and see the swans, herons, sandpipers, and other birds that live in the park.

Living in the park, you become much more attuned to the incredible nature around you and the unique delights of each season.
